Police said that officers responded at 11 a.m. Wednesday to a "major disturbance" call in the 3100 block of North Harwood in the Uptown area of Dallas. Glenn Heights Police Chief Nick Bristow confirmed that Miller turned himself in to the Glenn Heights Police Department at around 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon. Miller was then taken to the DeSoto Police Department jail to be processed, where he almost immediately posted a $5,000 bond and was released from custody.
